FayAura Return & Refund Policy

All waistbead sales are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to the personal nature of the product and hygiene considerations.

All custom and made-to-order items, including custom apparel and personalized waistbeads, are also final sale.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact FayAura within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.

Custom order deposits and payments are non-refundable once production has begun.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by FayAura.
