FayAura Shipping Policy

Orders are processed before shipping. Shipping transit times begin once an order has been completed and handed to the carrier.

Waistbeads: Ready-to-ship waistbead orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping is $5.50 and estimated transit time is 3–5 business days.

Made-to-Order Apparel: Apparel is handmade after your order is placed. Production time is separate from shipping time and will vary by item. Please review the product description for the estimated turnaround time before ordering.

Standard apparel shipping is $12. Orders of $125 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

FayAura is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
